廖偉明醫生，香港牙醫學會私營醫療機構條例工作小組現屆主席，於2021年12月12日舉行的第十屆HKIDEAS發表以「在新私營醫療機構條例下對牙科診所感染控制的要求」為題的演說。演說內容可以為會員就診所感染控制事項作溫故知新，亦可以加強會員就短距離空氣傳播或者氣霧傳播病毒有更好應對措施。
